CIC
Ratanakiri province is the furthest province in Cambodia from the City and most of population consists of indigenous people (IP) who are living in mountainous areas of the province and 90 percent of the total IP people are illiterate, poor and malnourished, this result may be affected directly and indirectly by some factors which are difficult in identifying. Moreover, the infrastructures are also poor such as transportation, health care, education, communication and so on. Seeing this aspect, the cooperation between ETEA foundation, CEDAC and DPA, CIC project was created under financial support from AECID with the main purpose of improving and developing this province which will be prosperous as other provinces in this country.
