PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL

The Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) Personnel Policy Manual contains the description of categories of employment and consulting with Development and Partnership in Action (DPA) and the terms and conditions for each category. The provisions in this manual apply to all Cambodian nationals (citizens) employed by DPA in Cambodia and, along with signed contracts, constitute the conditions of employment with DPA. Copies of this Personnel Policy Manual will be made available to every employee of DPA, in English and Khmer, at the time of employment. In the event of a dispute between the two languages, the English version will take precedence. For more

Finance Policies and Procedures

The Finance Unit Staff are in a very important position as they have a very detailed knowledge of the workings of DPA.  DPA places a lot of trust in the persons working in the finance section.  Because of this high level of trust, there are additional responsibilities associated with working in this unit.

As stated on all employees’ contracts no one may use confidential information learned through DPA for personals reasons or reveal any information to persons outside DPA relating to the operation of DPA unless approved by the Executive Director (ED) in advance.

The Finance Staff have additional responsibilities resulting from the Finance function.  These responsibilities relate to the access the finance staff has to sensitive information on the Finance and in relation to personnel within the organization. For more
